  • actively engage with the onsite team of security officer employees daily, to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the delivery of a consistently 5-star guest experience
  • responsible for the professional conduct & development of all Security team members
  • manage all relevant systems and ensure that all defects are correctly monitored and reported
