- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils

- assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing recommendations
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
- continuously learn about new products and techniques to enhance beverage preparation skills
Requirements
- previous experience in a café as a Barista is essential
- strong knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation
- basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash
- excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively and gain good reviews
- ability to be self-motivated as you will be working alone
- barista experience: 1 year
