Responsibility

  • to liaise with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure the smooth running of the bar
  • to help in the set up of the function suit for events and their smooth running
  • crews Hill Golf Club is a private members Golf Club with a busy Members bar and function business. As well as serving our members we cater for events throughout the year
  • we are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor. This role will involve you serving members and guests at the bar, taking in orders, restocking bottles and closing duties at the end of the shift
  • MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist oversee the service of beverages within the Members and Function Bar - along with food service
  • MAIN FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: To assist in the bar service within the Golf Club and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously and at all times in line with hygiene and safety regulations; that all customers who visit or contact the Golf Club or use the facilities have their expectations met and exceeded, and motivate & lead the departments to achieve this
