- provide efficient and effective design solutions in respect of the Company’s engineered timber products

- hours of Work: 40 hours per week
- enquiry generation through to proactive estimating helping to drive quick response to quotations and order
- undertake any other duties as requested in the support of the estimating department and function
- disciplined use of management software to ensure accurate and up to date reporting
- provide commercial support and assistance in valuing variations
- qualifications and Skills
- to assist in collecting payments, where this is appropriate
- support internal sales enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates, transport schedules and product
- to issue, collate and follow up on customer surveys
- information is provided in a timely manner
Requirements
- good understanding of I.T
- experience with digital drawing files
- confident written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with colleagues and customers

- E xperience with CAD based programs desirable but not essential as full training will be provided on bespoke design package
- K nowledge: Good understanding of timber frame construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- A ble to work as part of a small team but have self-motivation to work alone to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- S oftware Skills: Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- A ttention to Detail: Meticulous in analysing project details and calculating costs
- C ommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
