Awful and incompetent. 3 years and still cannot sort our bathroom yet (deleted by the administrator)are still using them.

They send plumbers round who can’t find a leak but when I look I find one. They fix a leak but don’t look for another despite my asking. We have had 3 leaks fixed but still getting water damage appearing. Now we are waiting over 8 weeks for a part for cistern that is flushing exactly the same as the other toilet! They can’t find leaks and don’t seem to know how to look. Not prepared to take the action required to resolve the on going issues. It’s all piece meal and bodge jobs. Poor communication if any.
