Responsibility
- directing colleagues to tasks onsite, relaying information as needed to office to ensure client needs are met and pre-empted
- confident plant identification skills and care knowledge
- garden maintenance including pruning, weeding, mowing, hedge-cutting, planting, turfing, pruning and many other seasonal garden duties
- pushing gardens forward with fresh ideas
- ensuring that all equipment and machinery is kept in good working order
- as well as providing ongoing maintenance to our regular clients there is opportunity to flex creatively with input into client’s garden development, planting plans or to assist other teams with design builds by RHS Gold and Silver medallist designers
Requirements
- RHS Level 2 or similar
- health & Safety Certification
- PA1/PA6 spraying license
- horticultural: 2 years
