Responsibility

  • oversee the daily operations of the nursery
  • supervise and train nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy
  • prepare the nursery for OFSTED good or outstanding rating
  • preschool

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • previous experience in a nursery or childcare center setting is highly preferred
  • strong knowledge of SENCO, Montessori , safegaurding and OFSTED regulations is highly preffered
  • excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist parents and staff
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • knowledge of management systems and procedures
  • nursery: 8 years
  • childcare: 7 years
