Requirements

- management: 2 years
- level 3 in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same
- working with children: 2 years
Responsibility
- to support and take part in the completion of assessments, placements, and reviews, involving the Young People and providing ongoing support both in relation to their own home and moving on
- to raise any concerns/ safeguarding issues / complaints in a timely manner with the Operations Lead
- to liaise with other Managers as required
- ensuring robust safeguarding arrangements are maintained at all times, following effective systems in place for staff training, responding to alerts, reporting, investigating and liaising with other agencies; ensuring that in addition to Creative Living Care’s policy and procedure, those of OFSTED and relevant commissioning authorities are followed
