Responsibility
- implementation and Delivery of high quality experience for all stakeholders
- to provide high quality, safe play opportunities for the children in your care
- to ensure excellent communion and to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families from the local communities
- human resource responsibility including- Induction, retention & training, management, staff development, supervision and appraisal
- to provide leadership, project oversight, day to day management and staff supervision and is responsible for structure, systems and procedures to facilitate and achieve program excellence
- the manager will be expected to become involved in project management, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting outcomes and ensures that management functions are properly fulfilled
- to comply with statutory requirements where they apply including Ofsted and the EYFS
