I have just received a parking summons after visiting my parents in a care home in Portishead I then received a verification code from civil enforcement ltd to be able to appeal ,this was post master returned twice , I then rang the number on the summons to talk to a recorded message in my opinion if nobody wants to talk to you this is a scam sadly I had no option than to pay the fine rip off company
