• conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK and Ireland
• provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• data entry in various platforms
• you will answer incoming customer, sales, and general inquiries via e-mail and phone whilst proving your exceptional ability to establish a strong relationship with all our clients
• being an integral member of the team, and carrying out additional responsibilities as required
