lead in production of Board level and client facing reports and presentations
fully manage the MDs diary, organise meetings and ancillary arrangements
take minutes/actions at internal Management & Client meetings as required and chase updates
manage the MDs Outlook inbox
support internal communications with the growing team
undertake small projects at the request and under the direction of the MD and Senior Management
manage travel and accommodation arrangements as required
ad hoc support of agency events, such as training, client meetings, pitches and workshops
