Responsibility
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

- create visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present findings effectively
- participate in the Software Development Life Cycle by providing insights during each phase
- employ Python for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks
- use Visio to create process flows and diagrams that illustrate complex processes clearly
Requirements
- proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- strong understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL
- proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- familiarity with programming languages like Python is advantageous
- demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- knowledge of SDLC methodologies is preferred
- excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- strong organisational skills with attention to detail
