- join a dynamic team at our busy workshop in Manor Royal, Crawley as an experienced Panel Beater
- as part of a team of specialists, you will prepare vehicles and panels ready for application of topcoats and clearcoats
- your job also includes ensuring that equipment used is operated in accordance with defined safety requirements
- our workshop is fast paced with the opportunity to make a noticeable difference and apply your expertise and skill
- we repair many different vehicle marques, so preparation work needs to be of a very high standard
- you will be joining a small team. We are a busy site and positive teamwork is vital to ensure the smooth running of the site

Requirements
- experience as a Panel Beater of at least 1 year
- you will need your own tools
- achieve deadlines and targets
- be able to work in a team and independently if required
- disassembly; remove damaged parts and store appropriately
- straightening and aligning - using specialist tools to straighten and align the vehicles frame or body panels
- welding & Fabrication to repair or replace crash damaged sections of the vehicle
- A technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA/City or Guilds Level 3 in Automotive Bodyshop Repairs is an advantage
