Requirements

  • ● A driving licence valid in the UK
  • ● Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ● A driven individual with a desire to learn and succeed
  • ● Strong Organisational Skills
  • ● PC Literate with ability to utilise Google Suite of Docs
  • ● A good understanding of vehicles and the rental industry
  • ● Organised, calm and with good attention to detail
  • ● Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative

Responsibility

  • ● Report any damage to the Area Manager
  • ● Where COI is utilised, ensure a Cover Note relating to the vehicle is on file
  • enquiry & Booking Process
  • ● Ownership of the acquisition of rental customers day to day from inbound enquiry
  • ● To complete the hire contracts with all required and relevant customer information
  • ● Monitor the availability of the fleet for ‘Ready to Rent’ status, Due Out reporting and Damage condition
