- full-time
Responsibility
- main point of contact for customers, will provide high levels of customer service at all times
- ensure a welcoming, efficient, and responsive reception service for customers, telephone callers and visitors to the Centre
- create invoices, take payments, and handle cash with accuracy
- quote Customers over the phone and be prepared to try and learn the trade to add to the job role ability
- book in appointments for vehicle work, and services
- answer calls and reply to emails
- order vehicle parts and liaise with suppliers on payments
- implement and organise invoice system to the customers needs and ours
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- PC literate, including MS Office packages
- possess an excellent understanding of customer service and be polite and professional at all times
- previous experience within an administrative role
- previous Garage workshop experience is preferred, but not necessary
