Responsibility
- ensure regular checks of equipment & report any deficiencies
- suggest areas of improvement & take any corrective action, as required
- carry out any other reasonable instructions of the management
- stocktake to be conducted monthly as agreed with the Chef
- to consult with residents on a regular basis to ensure that their needs and choices are being met
- ensure all facilities are working correctly & report any defects
- control stocks & company assets. Carry out stock takes
- to have full understanding of HACCP and to ensure all staffs adhere to and all documentation is completed and signed off
