- answering telephone and dealing with enquiries
- sending and receiving emails
- taking bookings

- processing debit/credit card payments
- cashing up till daily
- interacting with visitors, handling complaints
- reading gas and electricity meters
- managing distribution of electric cards and keys
- following company Health & Safety procedures and policies
- general cleaning, washing and inspecting toilet/shower blocks, offices and rental units
- ensuring park and facilities remain a high standard and are kept clean and tidy
- other ad hoc duties as required
