- reconciling 7 Bank Accounts Daily in Xero
- reconciling the Credit Card as when required in Xero
- using the discount tracker to apply the trade discounts and applying these in Xero
- reconciliation of Mayfair payments across bank accounts in Xero
- monitoring the accounts email inbox on a daily basis and responding to any queries
- we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Finance Manager to join a successful and exciting Arts, Crafts & Toy company for Maternity cover of 14 months in a busy Arts and Crafts Company
- weekly Payment Runs for UK and Germany
- raising the GmbH invoices for Germany to Craft Buddy Ltd
Requirements
- good time keeping and organisational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- previous experience in a bookkeeping role required
- experience with Xero software advantageous
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- interest or experience in Arts & crafts preferred
- financial accounting: 3 years
- bookkeeping: 3 years
