Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management / business operations
- experience in relation to UK financial services industry, e.g. asset management, securities brokerage, FX/CFD, Crypto
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a business-related subject is desirable
- excellent level of IT skills
- excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- quick learner and willingness to take additional responsibility on an ad hoc basis

Responsibility
- the position is available in Tantinet Limited based in Canary Wharf, London, as part of a group of small-mid size global companies which are engaged in regulatory compliance, fintech and brokerage businesses
- as a Human Resources Manager, the candidate will expect to oversee all aspect of human resources practices and process, and provide support to the management, senior managers and clients across its business functions
