  • reporting to the Managing Director, Corporate Services, the Manager, Corporate Services manages CPP Investments’ London and Luxembourg corporate facilities and real estate in a manner that aligns with commercial objectives, including delivery of centralized programs and services and accountability for emergency preparedness, business continuity and regulatory compliance
  • as a key member of the global Corporate Services team, he/she/they is a service-oriented professional who manages a diverse team of workplace professionals and works closely with local senior management and stakeholders to align with and support the investment departments in the achievement of their business strategies, plans and objectives with the delivery of sustainable and added-value central programs and services

Education

  • college or university degree preferred
  • commensurate experience in Corporate Workplace/Office or Facilities, preferably in a financial, banking, or legal environment
  • experience procuring, overseeing, and managing third party outsource providers/subcontractors
  • high degree of demonstrated professionalism and integrity
  • exceptional negotiation skills and experience, attention to detail, and demonstrated sound judgment

  • build and Manage the Active Equities European Healthcare Portfolio

Requirements

  • A strong investment track record, with requisite investment industry experience within the Healthcare sector in Europe
  • ability to interact with C-suite level executives and experience in boardroom situations
  • ability to work on a global team in a matrix environment
  • experience with long-term investments, in a concentrated portfolio and fundamental analysis of public equities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in major European languages a plus
  • superior interpersonal and relationship management skills, with excellent abilities as a communicator and as a presenter

  • strong character oriented towards being self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
