Responsibility

• responsible for day-to-day administration of the Consultancy Department
• liaising with clients and candidates
• daily dealings with arrangements of CPower teams deployed to various locations

• using CPower database and Job Boards to search for candidates
• must be confident using the phone to call candidates to discuss suitable roles
• calling clients to gain an understanding of the roles and requirements
• preparing and formatting selected CV’s to send to clients
• support with travel arrangements for PAYE staff, such as booking hotels, flights and taxis
• arranging training for employees if required
• developing a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
• using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
• support with compliance - Ensuring all PAYE staff and Subcontractors certifications are in date and compliant, ensuring CPower systems and documentation are kept up to date and compliant
• receiving and reviewing applicants and arranging interviews
• offering advice to both clients, candidates and employees
• ad hoc administration duties where required
• dealing with project queries from both employees and clients
• taking responsibility for the out of ours duty phone on a rotational basis, as and when required
