Responsibility
- conduct detailed condition surveys of residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- prepare clear and thorough condition reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements
- undertake accurate property valuations for various purposes such as purchase, sale, insurance, and inheritance or capital gains tax
- offer expert guidance to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance
- liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering timely and professional survey reports
- ensure all surveying and valuation work adheres to RICS standards and industry regulations
Requirements
- MRICS or FRICS qualification
- proven experience in conducting condition surveys and property valuations
- strong understanding of building pathology, construction techniques, and relevant legislation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
- client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
