- assist with telemarketing efforts to promote credit control services
Requirements
- proven experience in credit control or a related field
- strong attention to detail and ability to analyse financial data
- proficient in data entry and working with accounting software
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional manner
