Responsibility

  • work will take place across our commercial, residential and luxury holiday home sites
  • the candidate must have experience with basic carpentry, decorating, plumbing and electrics, and be practised in using hand held power tools

  • full clean driving license is essential

  • we are looking for someone with a good eye for details to perform general repairs and maintenance, upkeep of furniture, ensuring the correct room layouts are delivered within holiday lets and to help with preparation of new properties to our portfolio
