Responsibility
- maintain garden area including mowing lawn, strimming and pruning
- liaise with Head Office for daily tasks and materials, and collect materials required
- undertake other duties, as required
- provide a maintenance service undertaking a variety of tasks including woodwork repairs, painting, decorating, generally making good, carpentry, some plumbing, plastering, changing light bulbs, general DIY-type work and keeping everything in good decorative and working order within the Home
- maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are kept in good working order and observe safe working practice by keeping tools and equipment about their person at all times
- ensure the working area is left clean and tidy at the end of each day to ensure a safe environment is maintained
- report to Head Office re: duties undertaken
