Responsibility
- repair and restore damaged vehicle panels using appropriate tools and equipment
- remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels
- replace or repair damaged parts as needed
- perform welding and other metalworking tasks to repair or fabricate panels
- ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of panel repair techniques and methods
- proficient in using various tools and equipment for panel repair
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- good communication and customer service skills
