Requirements
- excellent verbal communication
- previous bar or restaurant experience
- cocktail experience desirable
Responsibility
- as our bar supervisor, you'll be responsible for preparing the bar for opening, prepping the drinks ordered for the day, and then being the magnetic person behind the bar making everyone feel welcome and included as you serve guests alongside your team throughout the wedding day
- you'll be confident doing stock-checks and stock ordering, cashing up, ensuring your team are working to your excellent standards, liaising with the Event Manager and making sure the bar runs smoothly week to week
