  • entering invoices into Caliq
  • taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts
  • posting cash receipts/payments promptly to ensure accuracy of Sales/Purchase Ledgers
  • matching Invoices to branch delivery notes
  • chasing missing invoices / delivery notes & POD’s
  • assist preparing BACS runs and raising CHAPS payments
  • import documentation checks and raising of payments
  • creating and verifying new customer/supplier accounts
