  • answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
  • as an internal technical sales office assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Service Manager and the sales team
  • producing detailed technical sales quotes
  • it is essential that you can build and maintain professional relationships with both our customers, our Service and Sales teams as well as the Management team
