Responsibility
- oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
- manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
- ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- you will be fully accountable for financial management, which involves the entry and administration of financial information
- you will be responsible for managing the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Payroll, VAT Returns, and PAYE
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- accounting
- experience with SAGE Accounting Software
- professional certification such as AAT Level 4 is preferred
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a financial controller role
