Responsibility

  • daily update of delivery bookings
  • chasing suppliers who have not booked in
  • follow up with all suppliers who do not show on the booked delivery day
  • resolving issues with partially received or incorrect deliveries
  • reporting any damages to suppliers
  • revising Purchase orders when supplier confirm shortages
  • helping to build successful working relationships with our third-party logistics partner and with our suppliers
  • helping to resolve any queries or issues with suppliers and our accounts department
