Responsibility
- to provide day-to-day accounts support to the Directors and Managers
- to assist with gathering and checking the weekly operatives timesheets
- to ensure the general office area is kept clear of excess paperwork/filing/boxes
- to take accounts calls and deal with account queries
- to respond to accounts email queries
- liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
- assist operational staff with ordering of plant and materials
- to uphold confidentiality at all times regarding Cosmos Projects’ clients and business and paperwork associated with the role
