- dealing with new private label enquiries and helping customers formulate and develop products in their own brand

- making a whitening toothpaste in the customers own brand)
- you will work with the customer to launch the products in their own brand
- managing customer accounts and building a rapport with clients for long term business success
- developing new sales opportunities through a proactively approach, contact new potential customers to introduce them to our company
- applications would be welcomed by candidates with a Dental or Oral care background but this is not essential as training will be given
- dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- working with existing private label customers to ensure that they receive excellent customer service and working with them to develop and formulate new products and take them to market
- sales through service environment
- full training will be given on product formulation, and you will also work with our in-house chemist who can help with product formulation

- you will also work with our manufacturing team to plan in when their products will be manufactured and will be involved in ordering the ingredients / packaging etc for making their products
- looking after our existing private label customers to ensure that they receive excellent customer service and working with them to develop and formulate new products and take them to market
- looking after a number of our international and UK customers who sell our products around the world. This will include ensuring that their order process runs smoothly, that orders are acknowledged, processed and communicated effectively
Requirements
- excellent Customer service skills
- account Management ideally but not essential
- dental or Oral care experience would be preferred but not essential
