Responsibility
- the Senior ICT Technician will take overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the IT support service, ensuring the appropriate service levels are maintained and the systems are reliable. The
- ensure data stored on the system is current and out of date data is archived
- attend staff training as appropriate
- ensure successful backups and regular testing for DRP purposes
