- support product launches, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, market commentaries, video educational, product brochures
- interaction with Borrowers and the Transaction Management Team to obtain financial data and information required to monitor the loan portfolio

- drive pipeline activity and conversion to grow the lending streams

- continually evolve and own the partner management framework - including governance and control routines to ensure compliance and right behaviours
- identify industry vertical markets and their top SaaS & ISV vendors via prospecting and utilising your existing network

- review and establishment of personal current account overdrafts
- revisions to communications to ensure alignment with organisational positioning and tone of voice
- project manage new implementations of the products
- to offer treatments to prevent any repeated missed payments, such as updating the payment date or updating direct debit details
- maximising on all upsell and cross sell opportunities within the portfolio
- conduct fraud checks via CIFAS
- managing the client service managers, completing JIGSAWs, one to ones, and development reviews. Offers support and guidance where necessary

- direct management of recovery cases and selected Intensive care /restructuring cases
- managing two content editors in order to achieve a qualitative and timely execution of content plan
- preparing reports and proposals for credit and legal teams in relation to breaches and where waivers or consents are appropriate
- liaise directly with support and development on enhancements and improvements
- identify areas of improvement for policies and procedures to create streamlined customer success department
- load PDF Bank Statements into MoneyThumb, and analyse bank statements to assess against our credit policy
- develop and own effective reporting and dashboards to track performance against target and deliver insight to inform business plans
- lead full engagement for new business, from identification of the lead to live
- carry out customer visits, reviews and work to develop strategic relationships to support their business objectives
- financial Crime cyclical reviews where current account held
- innovating Content activities, suggesting, testing and monitoring new content topics and formats to increase awareness, consideration and relevance
- review of customer projections during the lifecycle of the loan
Requirements
- previous experience managing large corporate accounts, either 1 direct client or partner would be ideal
- must have experience working in Financial Services/ Fintech
- past experience in portfolio management within an invoice finance environment or related customer success management with proven delivery

- proven journalistic skills essential
- past experience in business development, relationship, service or operational management within financial services or a FinTech
- excellent communication and influencing skills, verbal and presentation, as well as confidence engaging senior stakeholders when required
- review and critically analyse complex sets of financial statements or projections to make recommendations, spot trends and anomalies

- minimum 5 years relationship management experience, ideally within a senior lending level at some point
- confident building commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across the accounts you manage
