CORNERSTONE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS is looking for employees for positions:
surveyor
Responsibility
- the role will be to update and corroborate equipment lists throughout supermarket sites on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company
- covering 3/4 stores per day throughout the region you will provide accuracy of equipment and building fabric lists
- the ideal candidate will have experience working in a facilities management environment with good technical knowledge
- this role is available for an immediate start
- must have your own vehicle for travel between sites. Full expenses will be paid
- due to recent contract wins we are currently looking to recruit a number of M&E Asset Surveyors on a 3 month contract
Requirements
- previous experience working in a Facilities role
- knowledge of facilities equipment / plant
- experience using PDA systems
- experience working in a client facing role
- full UK drivers’ licence
