- offer support and solutions to clients in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s services to advise and make suitable recommendations to potential clients
- managing and updating client’s database accurately
- keep the workflow up-to-date
- generally contribute to the growth of the company and help us move forward
- other duties as requested
Requirements
- no degree or higher education is required, however, we expect the candidate to have good communication and numbers skills
- strong negotiation and closing skills
- organisation and multitasking skills for using CRM systems while engaging with clients over the telephone
- proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- confident, assertive, goal-oriented individual
- flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude to grown and become the person to go to
- integrity, honesty and responsibility with a desire to contribute to the team and the overall growth of the company
- ability to establish good rapport with the clients, turning enquiries and quotes into sales opportunities by asking the right questions and applying good listening skills
