Responsibility
- manage a portfolio of properties in and around Edinburgh
- liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
- handle all aspects of property management, including tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and repairs
- coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors
- keep accurate records and files of all property management activities
- ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- keep up-to-date with market trends and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
- arla qualification or equivalent
- understanding of property maintenance and management
- valid driving licence
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- good telephone manner and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 28 days holiday including public holidays
