Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation process- Create and develop innovative and delicious menu items- Ensure the highest quality of food is consistently served to guests- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsSkills:- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Creativity and ability to develop new menu items- Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsIf you are passionate about food, have excellent culinary skills, and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
