Working hours

Responsibility
- undertake planned preventive maintenance work
- performing periodic inspections on plant equipment and machinery
- fault finding/repairs/installation to production plant, services, and equipment
- ensure that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order
- ensure that machinery and equipment meet safety regulations
- intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures, or malfunctions
- repairing and/or replacing broken or defective components
- checking repaired components and machinery to ensure normal functionality has been restored
Requirements
- engineering qualification in relevant area
- good verbal and written communication
- problem solving abilities
- experience of working within a manufacturing, engineering, or chemical environment
- strong team working
- efficient and organised
- IT Literate
- ability to manage a varied workload
