Responsibility

  • develop , Implement, and optimise best practices for all processes throughout the Manufacturing Processes
  • drive implementation of new and optimised processes, to productionise operational improvements that are robust and repeatable
  • perform process simulation and optimisation tests to realise best in class performance via root cause analysis / Six Sigma methodologies
  • partner with and manage key service providers to support the optimisation of key equipment / line processes to realise process excellence
  • identify new process technology developments to ensure continuous improvement and process evolution to support business growth and capacity
  • collaborating with Production Engineers to generate and optimise CNC programs across multiple plant equipment
  • participate and lead continuous improvement of Corin products and processes to support lean manufacturing and quality targets. i.e., Process cycle time Efficiency and CAPA resolution
  • manage products and processes changes, considering impact on patient safety, operational safety, and device performance, to deliver best in class operational excellence
