we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative
serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication
in this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients while providing exceptional customer service
understand client needs and objectives, and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements
your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth
collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and orders
handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally, providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
proven experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients
strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales/customer service tools
exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented approach
excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Education
A-Level or equivalent
