Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative
  • serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication
  • in this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients while providing exceptional customer service
  • understand client needs and objectives, and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements
  • your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth
  • collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and orders
  • handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally, providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • proven experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
  • demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales/customer service tools
  • exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented approach
  • excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
