Responsibility

  • work with our global teams, as you take ownership for Malaysian and Singaporean payrolls
  • act as sole point of contact for all payroll, tax, and pension related queries
  • month-end procedures including the posting of payroll journals, and payroll control recs
  • year-end processing including the creation and submission of P11Ds, ERS reporting, and Director emoluments
  • support with regular audits undertaken - both monthly in-house audits, and audits by external parties
  • provide forecasting, budgeting and analysis MI reports for Finance and Treasury
