we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small friendly and rapidly growing team based at our prestigious new office in Silverstone, Northamptonshire
this position will sit at the heart of the sales team ensuring that customer enquiries are routed to the right sales person, managing the company CRM system, preparing detailed quotes for customers and ensuring the flow of communication and information from the sales team through to the rest of the company

handle incoming sales enquiries ensuring that they are routed through to the appropriate sales person
prepare detailed quotes for customers, in conjunction with the relevant sales person, ensuring accuracy of information
liaise with other company departments to facilitate sales hand-over and to ensure good communications
represent sales at appropriate customer meetings
visit trade exhibitions, events and customer meetings from time to time

manage the company CRM system, logging sales leads, preparing management reports and following up on sales leads via phone, email or through the CRM system

the role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the accounts function and to ensure the timely and accurate function of the accounts department
reporting initially to the Managing Director and working alongside other members of the management team, the successful candidate will be expected to work proactively to meet deadlines and improve the company’s financial systems
