Responsibility
- work with the Head of Development to organise weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
- review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
- implement and maintain high-quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence in all aspects of project execution
- take full responsibility for the forecast, build, programme and estimation of build costs - projects ranging between £200,000 - £1,000,000
- lead and mentor site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives effectively
- oversee all works ensuring tasks are completed on time and in budget
- comply with all health and safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- able to demonstrate previous ability to manage commercial property developments from concept to execution in the commercial/domestic & healthcare sectors
- must have own tools / van
- strong knowledge of all building trades and maintenance
- exceptional organisational and time management skills
- solid understanding of health & safety requirements
- great interpersonal and motivational skills with the proven ability to motivate and inspire site teams
- workmanship to be to the highest standards
- preferred to be joinery based but not essential
