Responsibility
- to act as an ambassador for the business by promoting our brands and products
- be the first point of contact for the organisation
- dealing with questions / queries from leads, customers, and other interested parties
- to ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept
- coordinate fast, high-quality responses to requests and enquiries
- order inputting, administration, and fulfilment
- to be responsible for making outbound calls daily
- acquire and convey an in-depth knowledge of the company, procedures, and products to leads and customers in a way that influences them to purchase based on their specific needs or requirements
Requirements
- previous experience within a phone-based sales role with a preference for B2B sales
- ability to work independently and under pressure
- A resilient, outgoing, positive, and fun personality
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- good communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- organised and able to prioritise effectively
- excellent written and administration skills with attention to detail
- eligible to work in the UK
