Responsibility

  • process orders via email or phone
  • check data accuracy on orders and invoices
  • contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • maintain and update sales and customer records
  • communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • maintain office stock and supplies

Requirements

  • proven work experience as an office/sales administrator
  • experience with MS Office
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication and self-drive
  • excellent Interpersonal skills are essential
  • ability to work under strict deadlines
