- is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Copper and Nickel based alloys in the UK
- die to continuing expansion, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced NDT Technician to join our team
- perform NDT inspections on Copper and Nickel based alloys using ultrasound, dye penetrant, and visual inspection techniques
- conduct thorough inspections to detect surface and subsurface defects, cracks, and discontinuities in materials
- interpret test results and identify areas that require further investigation or corrective action
- collaborate with the quality control team to establish and maintain inspection procedures and standards
- ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, specifications, and regulations
Requirements
- PCN level 2 certification in relevant methods
- proven experience in conducting NDT inspections on cast and wrought alloys
- strong knowledge of NDT principles, techniques, and equipment
- familiarity with relevant industry standards and specifications
- detail-oriented approach with excellent observational and analytical skills
- ability to interpret and evaluate test results accurately
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team
