maintain a database of cost information and benchmarks for future reference
write estimate plans, review the scope of work, develop & assemble estimate data, review estimates , and write estimate basis document with qualifications & assumptions
be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for all phases of the major programme, including preliminary budgets, detailed estimates, and regulatory submissions
